Kate Galliett has 19 years of experience coaching, a B.S. in Exercise Science from Valparaiso University, and certifications as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) as well as in Functional Range Assessment (FRA). Kate uses her experience to help others get relief from their aches, overcome their mental hurdles, and build an unbreakable body that they love to be in.
Kate recently made the transition from gym owner to online entrepreneur, selling her successful gym and moving her business online to head west and enjoy the mountains, and recently released her book, “Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live In..”
