 Doc Talbott holds a MS in Exercise Science from University of Massachusetts and a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from Rutgers. He also holds advanced certificates in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from MIT. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Sports Medicine and the American College of Nutrition, and currently serves as the Chief Science Officer at Amare, The Mental Wellness Company.  

  A veteran of dozens of Iron Man Triathlons and trail Ultra marathons, Doc Talbott is intrigued by how our mental wellness impacts our physical well being, he is fascinated by the links between diet, biochemistry and psychology: the idea that what we eat changes the biochemistry of our bodies, and influences how we think, feel and behave.
