She is a 500-hour E-RYT, certified in Crossfit Level 1 and TRX.  She has 15 years experience of dedicated practice and teaching in meditation and yoga. She delivers customized training, workshops, and lectures for SEALFIT, Unbeatable Mind, and Kokoro Yoga.
