In his 20-year career as a Navy SEAL Operator and Officer, Lieutenant Commander Ed Hiner, saw nine major deployments, and amongst numerous other awards, earned two Bronze Stars with “V” for valor and combat leadership. While working in one of the most challenging team settings in the world, Ed acquired a diverse skill set that is unparalleled in the workplace today. 

Ed now uses his extensive background and knowledge to work with companies to manage fear and manufacture motivation within all levels of the organization, has founded SEALpreneurship, a mental toughness program based on Navy SEAL principles, developed to help today’s youth, and is LA Times best-selling author of the book “First Fast Fearless, How To Lead Like A Navy SEAL”, and author of new release “GUTS: Greatness Under Tremendous Stress: A Navy SEAL’s system for turning fear into accomplishment”
